Project Background: In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Wellness World faced significant challenges in managing their offerings due to a sudden surge in demand. Recognizing their struggle, Codegres approached Mr. Gopinath Bhat to help overhaul their online presence and transition their operations to a digital platform. This project was initiated through a cold message, as Codegres was aware of the specific issues Wellness World was encountering. Notably, this marked Codegres’ first client acquisition through direct outreach. The partnership not only transformed Wellness World’s operations but also fostered a lasting relationship—the founder’s parents remain active participants in the Wellness World community to this day.
